Hi Darren, First I would ask the Water Network community at large. Feel free to post this question in the Knowledge bank. Our team will help share the question, make sure to tag it with the proper industry tags from the taxonomy. In this way people with this expertise will automatically be alerted. On a process note, there are many existing projects in developing countries with on the ground staff and programs. I would suggest partnering with one of them, and getting a good case study. The issues are : access, funding, training, and maintenance. Hope this helps.
