JV for new aeration technology

Hi Friends,

We are a CleanTech innovation company with focus on CleanWATER, CleanAIR, and CleanENERGY solutions.

We have developed worlds first aeration technology with ERG capabilities. This new system will reduce power bills of STP plants by 50-60% and increase plant capacity drastically 

We wish to start manufacturing in India and do a JV with a experienced engineering company in water treatment and take this product to national and international markets.

Can anyone guide us with the do's and dont's for a JV and suggest any good companies too.

The technology is patent pending.
