Sir, I am agree with you but the Water Management is in worst condition in urban areas this is right that we can control it easily but what about close drainage in Metropolitan cities like Mumbai,Delhi, Calcutta etc.In rainy season we can see that worst situation of these cities, contaminate water and lake of drinking water is a big problem in our cities people are helpless to spend their half salary to buy drinking water. We need a proper solution to fight this problem.                                                                     Regards!
