Hello I am in dubai and a many major SWRO have been using polyethylene amine cationic floccualants eg Cytec 596, magnafloc Lt31 some toray membrane users also use anionic flocculant ( magnafloc LT25) along with ferric chloride, the flocculants used must be NSF approved for drinking water usage there is also Tannin based flocculants ( Tanfloc, grove chemicals etc)
