Dear Mack, can you provide information on any known flows to the lagoon, any runoff , any domestic discharges or industrial discharges that may find their way to the lagoon. I anticipate domestic, industrial, storm water or other runoff can be responsible for damaging the ecology of the lagoon but need much more information to help you further. These would be the major contributors to an unhealthy lagoon but others may be solid waste or leakage of underground septic as well.
