The problems of surface drinking water and water are closely related to the problems of the cleansing of domestic waste waters, its main source of pollution. it is thus difficult to bring a positive lighting to such a request when one does not know the extent of the pollution which flows in this lagoon. To puncture water in this lagoon will have some consequences - it will decrease the water level of the lagoon putting in danger of fauna and the flora - it will increase the production of waste waters which will be poured in this lagoon - the toxicity of the water of the lagoon increasing fauna and the flora will disappear La problématique de l'eau potable et de l'eau de surface est intimement liée à la problématique de l'assainissement des eaux usées domestiques, sa principale source de pollution. il est donc difficile d'apporter un éclairage positif à une telle demande quand on ne connait pas l'ampleur de la pollution qui se déverse dans ce lagon. Ponctionner de l'eau dans ce lagon va avoir quelques conséquences/ - il va diminuer le niveau d'eau du lagon mettant en péril de la faune et de la flore - il va augmenter la production d'eaux usées qui sera déversée dans ce lagon - la toxicité de l'eau du lagon augmentant la faune et la flore vont disparaitre
