Mallikarjuna, design calculations are very dependent upon the feed water conditions and UF and RO supplier. Typical UF design flux is 250 to 400 LMH/bar. They actually produce greater flux but designers allow for membrane degradation and irreversible fouling during the course of the membrane lifetime.
