Kiran, I think it is the time to start pricing water in line with its scarcity. Energy generators can pay more or they should use less water and find out ways to cut down their water uses.

That is certainly one of the solutions Donna. I think though that it is easier said than done. Water pricing is a super sensitive topic that evokes very strong reactions in many people. Let's create a separate discussion thread on this and see what others think or if we can even find people within the group to share examples and ideas.
