As an Engineer being in the water sector for 35 years I marvel at the words - nexus, mantra, process-based IWRM, blah blah blah. People please let us get down to earth and start doing instead of "discoursing" (that ought to be "talking") over the merits - please? I know what is lacking, what must be done and why it is not done. But I do not throw words around on the subject! I am in a small town in Tanzania doing capacity building - using my expertise and knowledge to assist on the GROUND!
