I am very sorry to be here after some months. Mr Yogesh Agrawal has correctly narrated the ground realities. On one side, everybody in our Nation seem to be worried and expect appropriate irrigation management especially in command areas; while the ground realities are quite different. In there any way to avoid the losses and improve water use efficiency?
