Budgeting!.... at present, even financial budgeting is not given the required importance or handled with due care. Water: a natural resource is used without any budget and care when it is available; however during scarcity EVERY CARE IS TAKEN BY EVERY BODY. IN CASE THE app IS AVAILABLE, IT IS, IN MY OPINION, IS THE GREAT STEP; WHICH CAN BE USEFUL TO DIAGNOSE AND TREAT MOST THE ISSUES SUITABLY.
EPA has a water budgeting APP called WaterSence water budgeting App but this APP for a local use. I haven't used any App in particular as such, are you working on any specific site or project? Because i think water budging a huge task and need so many data inputs.
