Florida Department of Agriculture Division of Aquaculture say a tornado / Hurricane proof concrete storage shed is NOT a useful 

farm structure?  

A mere two months after purchasing a certified greenbelt aqua farm in Arcadia, Florida a cease farm development order was posted on my gate?  Without any provocation or evidence DeSoto County came to believe that the concrete storage sheds being constructed on this farm were for resale only not for farm use???  In Florida ONLY the Florida Department of Ag and Division of AquaCulture has authority over farms and farm structures NO COUNTY!  With a complaint to the Florida Dept of AG and Consumer Affairs my thought was that this issue would be resolved, it wasn't and my off grid aqua farm business destroyed.

So as to conceal this injustice the Florida Department of Agriculture declares that my company violated zoning by mfg. for resale on AG zoned land.  When asked for evidence to this declaration NONE can be provided!  Inspector Sears assigned to my complaint by Governor Scott says that an official of Florida Dept of AG can declare a corporation guilty and need not present evidence to support that guilt!  Can there be guilt in America without evidence?

The business plan to operate vertical hydroponic grow rooms was to simply place wind and solar appliances on the safedomes my company constructs with a backup battery system.  When using a bank of batteries they must by law be contained in a class A structure, the safedome meets that criteria and is tornado proof.  Further efficiency is the use of indoor grow lights the rays bounce on curved walls reflect on flat walls.

To further conceal the inaction by the Florida Department of Agriculture to uphold my rights and the Constitution of the United States has said that the safedome is NOT a useful farm structure.  If it is then DRD Enterprises Inc of Davie, a certified disabled veteran owned small business, had every RIGHT to construct a farm building on its certified aqua farm.

ALERT corporations cannot file a civil rights complaint MUST hire a law firm!  Bankrupt corporations against a state?  REALLY My idea has value and if your farm wants to transform to alternative energy contact me.
