One of the options would be that Government establish project for promotion of WASH initiative. A contract could be signed with company experienced in WASH technology which will do PR for them. It is important that team doing PR consists of WASH specialist who could easily transfer the knowledge. This could be applied in various fields, from potable water and wastewater through solid waste management.
The positive example is Government of Montenegro, Europe. In 2011 they applied project “Communication strategy for construction of Regional Solid Waste Landfill”. The members of Government actively participated in project, together with IK Consulting Engineers, ltd.
