Hi! I visited a plant in Singapore this spring where they recycled wastewater. They use RO as the last filtration step. Before RO, they had many steps of filtration like MF. Maybe the water you are sending through the RO-membrane needs more pre-treatement? Have you tried that?

Hi Ms. Hasame, to answer your question yes. A few meters after the sedementation stages we have a UF upstream of the RO and that should've at least helped with prefiltration. I hope that naswered your question. Thank you for your contribution.
