Mr.Brian, a very good initiative towards sanitation. Paying and contribution for the community is hard to convince but it is important. In my view convincing people for this purpose is hard when they have lot many other priorities like food and shelter. While working in grass root level I always felt that awareness for the sanitation plays vital role. I enjoyed reading your other posts too.Thanks.
