Issues of sanitation and hygiene are basically about attitude change which in deed is a big challenge as we all know. Having people to change from their old ways and habits takes time, where the actual challenge arises is having them to sustain the change. If it wasn't so the CLTS approach being implemented in many countries would have contributed immensely in this direction. If you know the importance of having a latrine, you wouldn't need someone to come build one for you. Let's think towards this direction. Thank you all.
