Dear Mandisa, Thanks for the generosity, WASH Sector learning is actually the last loop on the sustainability chain and as far as I am concerned remains the major challenge in program management. The challenges start right from data; having comprehensive and quality data. Our people have been in the habit of not paying good attention to this aspect.
