It would seem that implementing the aqueduct design instead of pipes could contribute to an improved capacity of the distribution network like in London and other parts of US and Europe. However the design of the STPs should also be upgraded to comply. Moreover, the treated sewage can be used for irrigation as in Abu Dhabi. I wonder if public awareness campaigns can assist in eliminating the illegal linkages or even law enforcement?
