Being politically stable, Jordan has had the lead into water drought policies and management. Other Arab States seem to be distracted by the consequences of the "Arab Spring Events" and other interests away from the risks approaching populations. This is most unfortunate and if not timely mitigated, there will be an era of Water Wars in the region. I would not rely on Arab States to launch a campaign, rather a mandatory resolution by the UN or any other global authority to do so, just for the sake of human lives in the Arab countries.
