hello Raphael. I don't know about the conditions of your pilot test, but did you analyse the water quality before treat it in the UF system? So, to be sure about the organic matter you have to analise TOC (Total Organic Carbon) and see the specification of the membrane manufacturer about this maximum concentration of this parameter. to remove organic matter you should try to oxidate it by aeration or with chemicals. You can also try to remove it by adsorption in activated carborn, but it is expensive, I gess.... Well, good luck on your project. Regards!
