Countries, provinces/ states should develop web enabled data bases on watersheds. This will help common people to know their watersheds by surfing the data base through internet.. Any body having knowledge about such data bases may share about them among the members.

This is a very great necessity. This can also help different stakeholders understand the importance of watershed management. Data bases required may include river flows, rainfall, temperature, e.t.c. and land use data as well as remote sensed images and where to get them.
