Fundamental Step Towards Water Sustainability, Briefing for Water Policy Makers

Water main leakage loss is a major problem for municipal water distribution systems, with losses frequently over 20%.  In order to significantly improve the accuracy and reliability of water audits -- with the ultimate goal of detecting leaks and prioritizing repairs -- a low uncertainty large flow calibration facility for water main meters up to 24" is proposed.
