The only benefit after ripping and dredging up every major seaport in US so They could send us  container ships 30% bigger than the present giants. Too bad that they leave our US ports empty with just little slips of US$ IOU’s floating in the massive empty hulls of those carbon belching behemoths for our children's children debt.
