I rec'd government policies and economic support for household sanitation 1st. Use the fecal biomass and animal feces composted for 1 year for improved soil structure in agriculture. Collect and reuse the household human urine as the dominant fertilizer supplement. Hyacinth are present due to the fertilizers -- human and chemical. Start your cross-cutting benefits and ecological economics there.
