Good day, Climate change is real, staying with us for a long time if not forever. We need to find a way to live with it, adapt to it and be able to manage the ever-changing climate that we find in the middle of our civilization in the twenty-first century. The Republic of Somaliland is no different and in fact the changing climate effects it more than any other country in the arid regions of the  African continent. Water development in Somaliland is rudimentary at best and needs a lot of investment both in macro and micro level capital and in education in the form of awareness and skills training. Cheers, Eng.
