Amin Minaei, Researcher at Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz

I am a graduate student in the field of Hydraulic Structures and I have been involved in many projects concerning Water Distribution Networks. My special interest is developing Decision Support Systems for the clients of water and wastewater systems. For my Master’s project and thesis, I developed a robust DSS model for upgrading of aged water distribution mains through many optimization models. The results of the project has been accepted for publication in the journal of "Water Resources Planning and Management" (ASCE). I am currently researching on a new method of design/upgrading of water supply systems considering impediments to carrying out such projects.
