Catchment Points Cleaning & Garbage Clearance at Mudasarlova Reservoir

88th Day of 100-day-cleanup drive is good. Last 4 days, we worked at Mudasrlova Reservoir. We cleared all the garbage at first canal. It found safas, building material, cement, dead dogs, beds, wood & plastics waste, liquor bottles etc. It was five trucks. 

IYFS team is not tired of doing this activity. We are going a ahead with new energy. We even found a python, scorpions and other creatures. 

It was a great happiness when we finished the first canal. Wonderfully, today SKML DWACRA Group of Arilova and MCH School 1998 Batch Welfare Association participated today. We are all about 90 people today. 

Some of them are R Ganapathi Rao, KK Raju, Ms. Radha, Akash Varma, Vadlapudi Ajit, Baggu Raj Sekhar, B Surya Rao among who joined us today. 

We would be continuing the activity tomorrow for collection of plastics at Central Jail and Dumping Yard area. 

Mr. Harsha Vardhan said he would be involving more people in this programme to make children and youths responsible for environment. 

He felt that we must more sensitive to the damage we are making to the rivers and lakes as well as water is main source for our lives. 

We even played some games. We divided into four groups so that we would finish some area by each group. 

It is also nice to have new friends among the participants.
