Description
This project will solve nearly 50% of California's water deficit, projected to go online 2021. The company is seeking a $20-MM investment for the technical project due diligence and permitting for a $1.3-Billion Private-Public-Partnership. The single-stage RO filtration produces 22 MGD (million Gallons per day) from 49 MGD seawater intake and is located in Monterey, California. The uniqueness of this project is its deep water brine intake, carbon-capture facility and recurring revenue opportunities due to a pre-subscribed, onsite data-center lease. Both help offset energy costs and reduce the environmental impact. If you are an accredited investor, please contact me for further details.
