I am a diversified professional who has been fortunate enough to experience every aspect of utilities operation and maintenance. I expanded my work experience and credentials to include management at intermediate and executive levels. I further explored and became proficient in rate-making and NARUC accounting. After getting formal training in public management from FSU, I researched and utilized public and business management practices to administer, facilitate, and execute key projects in various disciplines for the City of Ocala, Marion County, and Citrus County. I feel truly blessed to have experienced and worked on the variety of projects that I have completed. I look forward to new adventures and challenges in management or regulation.
