Waterboatman Patented

A barge moored midstream in moving polluted or salty water, holding a low temperature thermal still in plastics. This is powered by a vertical axis water turbine below, driving a joule heater in the hull. This raises the temperature of the polluted water so it gives off vapour. Which is condensed to fresh water by a tubular condenser above - cooled by cool polluted water being pumped through it.

The fresh water held in a tank above to await collection/
