As Director of Resilient City Infrastructure, Mr. Hinrichs provides opportunity assessment, technical, management and program implementation support to resilient city infrastructure initiatives and projects, e.g in energy, water & sanitation, coastal protection, permanent way & transportation, built environment, industry, IT & telecommunications, defense, agriculture & food security sectors. Leverages public and private sector finance to promote resilient, low-carbon development strategies that can drive innovation, mobilize targeted funds, create jobs, and lead to more resilient and prosperous societies. Draws on 20 years of experience in energy, environmental and water and a deep knowledge of technology, economics, market drivers, policy and regulatory enabling environments, and environmental impact.
