solution for Juglione from walnut tree in greenwater (rainwater)

If there is a walnut tree that let walnuts and leaves fall on the roof, the only way to get off the juglione that comes with the greenwater from the leaves is to cut down the tree. Its impossible to filter juglione out of the rainwater.
