Professional experience on numerous civil engineering projects & its  activities from initial phases to completions which include Power Plant Projects(EPCs),Highways & Structures, Industrial Project, Drainage & structures, contribution in hydrological studies & preparation of feasibility reports of HPPs,buildings( mid-rise to high rise residential towers),soil investigation studies, ground improvement techniques to improve the load bearing capacity of soil, preparation of engineer’s estimates ,preparation of technical requirements & scope of works/tender drawings/ tender documents/ bid evaluation reports etc., remediation works of existing power plant , review of designs & submittals of contractors/sub-contractors, planning & scheduling, execution, supervision & quality control of civil works, verification of IPCs etc. coordination b/w all stakes holders of projects, engagement of project  staff to their duties, participation of meetings, pre-award meetings site visits, preparation of reports etc. ,besides that having expertise in design of hydraulic structures, Irrigation schemes to control groundwater depletion & increased availability of surface water, proactive, communication skills, critical thinking, decision making, research work on hydraulic structure ,EHS etc.
