My research involves the determination of the fate of Pharmaceuticals and Personal Care Products (PPCPs) in chemical oxidation and disinfection process of water treatment. I started the research on the degradation of PPCPs in ozonation during my Ph.D. study. This study involved the determination of second-order-rate constants for the selected PPCPs in ozonation process and also the identification by-products.
