40 + years experience in water treatment, distribution and production, both surface water and ground water.  Experience in ozone, coagulants, membranes, multi-media filtration.  Also experienced in wastewater treatment and collection, Asset Management, & C-MOM.   Just completed creation and construction of $55M wastewater system with 3 MGD treatment plant.  Certified Operator in Louisiana: WT-4, WP-4, WD-4, WWC-4, & WWT-4.  FEMA ICS Training, numerous EPA seminars concerning Water/Wastewater Security, EPA BVA, WARN, EPA TTX , Hazardous Operations and Emergency Response (29 CFR 1910.120) HAZWHOPPER, Confined Space Entry and numerous others.  Member of AWWA and WEF; Member of AWWA Standards Committee #249, Iron Salts, Aluminum Salts, and Related Coagulants since 2003.
