Mark Kroening

I am a leadership and organizational effectiveness coach - I partner with practitioners in identifying and solving root causes to realize opportunities, specifically those holding back potential. My focus is on what can be done. The core of my approach is an iterative values and aspiration based model driving immediate action/next steps in, and between, coaching sessions. I work with leaders and influencers throughout organizations who are ready to act - these people are willing to learn, grow, and change to increase their effectiveness and, as appropriate, lead the organizational change required to increase organizational effectiveness/holistic organizational performance. I am most engaged when my work adds up to societal benefit more broadly through positively impacting environmental sustainability and social equality!
