About

I am currently employed as the State Consultant WASH in School in Utter Pradesh(UNICEF) and Working with close collaboration with SARVA SIKSHYA ABHIYAN PROJET and Panchayati Raj Department, MDM and subsequently looking after 75 districts of Utter Pradesh. I believe that the skills and experiences I have gained in the past 17 Years in the Development Sector make me an ideal candidate for the job.

Prior to this I was the Head of Training Department (WASH) at FINISH Society ( WASTE-Netherland funded project) , I lead the project management and implementation in Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, Rajashtan, Odisha, and Madhya Pradesh. FINISH Society (www.finishsociety.org) is an organization established with an aim to promote sustainable and equitable development of the sanitation sector in India through demand creation with economic incentives, thereby improving lives of poor rural and peri-urban households. It was founded by WASTE Netherlands (www.waste.nl) under the FINISH programme funded by the Dutch government.

Above responsibility requires me to be proactive in lobbying among multiple key stakeholders especially Governments through high level policy dialogue. I have also extensive experience in capacity building and demand creation for different stakeholders including Governments, entrepreneurs, and communities in multiple sectors including sanitation & Health I have become heavily involved in the development of rural sector and I am always eager to learn more and gain more experience about the sector.
