I have worked for the South Florida Water Management District as a Principal Engineer- Water Manager for five years and have been with the DIstrict since 1999. Prior to that I worked for the Pennsylvania State University starting on 1980, I am a registered professional engineer in California and Florida. I hold a B,S,, M.S. and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering an a M.P.A, degree. My specialty area is hydrology and hydraulics but also have expertise and experience in environmental pollution control and information systems.Information
