Actively involved as a PIO Resource Person in;
 The Inception phase;
 Development and Implemented Training Master Planning;
 Capacity Building Needs Assessment (CBNA) PUSDIKLAT and Balais;
 Developing, Planning, Delivering and Evaluating training programmes;
 Creating structures to develop a learning organization culture.
* Developing new Strategy Plan and Performance Improvement Management Plan using Balanced Scorecard.
▪ Overall responsibility to ensure successful delivery of output 1: institutional, specifically: (1) development of PUSDIKLAT vision and missions addressing IWRM as important features, (2) develop/revise PUSDIKLAT Strategic Plan;
▪ Overall Responsibility to ensure successful delivery of Output 2: Organizational, specifically: (1) creating organisational structures/support systems; 
▪ Responsible for the deliverables of Revised Strategic Plan Report
▪ Responsible for the deliverables of Management plan PUSDIKLAT and its Balai
* Responsible for Performance Improvement Management Plan of Balai by mentoring and coaching.
