Congratulations .Great effort by ACCIONA .This attempt will pave way for DBO contract with continuous on-line support from the technology providers from SPAIN and other countries with local staff running the plant as per Standard Job Instruction provided by the technology partner of DBO contracts.But cybersecurity must be ensured in the Distributed Control System through which these plants are operated. In future AI components should be introduced by DCS suppliers to improve plant operation and optimisation.To achieve this status budget for C&I component of EPC must be increased to budget allocated for electrical works.
