For O&M needs, could we have one unit in service and one unit being maintained and kept standby. In situ clean up ie back flush with blow thro on air and fluids may be done. HF vibes and cold- hot shocks are used to cleanup sludge lodged on plates. Soak and rinse of cleaning of plates are also done as needed.
