This case is worst same as Thailand, We use supply water and using softener process but we have to re-generate by using high conc, NaCl for this system, All factories never treat these waste but they pump into the well of emtry unde4rground water and finally right now, We have faced with brine water or salt water and I try to make it more conc for crystallization.
