Eric, thanks for sharing a very informative analysis with further explanations in excellent links. We are a specialist systems integrator and have a range of iIOT  water management products and services. I was particularly surprised and excited that A4Dcan handle and even reverse saline intrusion with treated wastewater. Presumably you retain the nutrients which leads to improved crop yield. There is still an awful lot of white-space on the 4G/5G coverage maps, which I imagine is a problem  for the the agro-tech industry in Sth America and SSH Africa. I've recently been looking for a low-cost, off-grid LPWAN solution for use in remote mining regions and recently came across a UK-based company Lacuna.Space  who offer a direct LoRa to Satellite link. One of my businesses is UtilSat, (not trading yet) and if there is interest we could get a demonstrator working together if that would be of interest?
