While this seems very innovative, Global Water Group (Dallas, TX) has been manufacturing 4-mode desalination systems for the U.S. Military for 25 years! Desalination for potable water; desalination for maintenance water; fresh water not using the RO components; and multi-faceted fresh water and desal simultaneously to double productivity in the need for emergency volume.
