- Responsible to build and introduce HSE culture within the organization by SHE Policies and Procedures
- Responsible to lead international ISEP audit by ensuring the compliance requirements
- Responsible to identify potential threat to the industry by means of human, Environment
Property damage and decide its controls.
- Responsible to conduct Risk Assessment of the risk bearing areas in liaison With concerned people
- Responsible to identify minimum training requirements for the role, develop matrix and train accordingly
- Responsible to ensure proper accident / incident investigation being conducted as per SOP
- Responsible to identify the risk from hazardous chemicals being used and stored at location
and advise proper controls such as correct PPEs (Respirators, Goggles, Impervious clothing etc.)
- Responsible to ensure all legal / insurance company requirements are being complied
- Responsible to ensure periodic Environmental testing being conducted as per legal requirement.
- Responsible to ensure waste is being managed as per SOP and hazardous waste is being incinerated
Properly
- Responsible to ensure NDT for all lifting gears and other metallic equipment such as boiler etc
- Responsible to ensure DOP test being done for the critical areas
- Responsible to prepare and implement Emergency Response Plan within BH
- Responsible to conduct periodic Fire / Emergency drill to check the response in case of real emergency
- Responsible to ensure all fire detection and fighting system being inspected and working efficiently
