Our work at Hach ensures water quality for people around the world. Our customer partnerships, passionate experts, and reliable, easy-to-use solutions make water analysis better—faster, simpler, greener, and more informative. As a member of our team, you’ll get to make an immediate, measurable impact on a global scale, within industries from aviation to manufacturing to mining. You’ll also be part of an environment that fosters career growth and professional development, with kindness at its core. And you’ll be part of our mission, which drives us to develop water quality solutions that protect the health and safety of all living things.

Hach is proud to be one of Danaher's Water Quality companies. Motivated by the highest possible stakes of climate change and global health, we’re working together within a rapidly digitizing industry to find innovative technologies that guarantee the safety of our water and our environment.

The Global Product Manager (GPM), Water Cycle Management, is a key strategic position within the marketing team. The GPM drives growth by leading the assigned strategic plan through a water cycle management driven approach to application. This includes understanding customer pain points and the interconnectedness of Hach’s solutions, as well as developing and executing strategies to drive growth with existing and new customers and applications. The GPM also leads new product launches and commercialization.

The initial task for the role is to consolidate knowledge and expertise on water cycles and transfer it to the sales associates in North America and Europe with dedicated trainings. In addition to that, the GPM will generate appealing lead generation content for water treaters and customers. Finally, the GPM will assess our current product portfolio to succeed in water cycles (source water and boiler/cooling water) and propose future product development projects.

This role will ensure alignment with the rest of the vertical teams, the broader marketing team, sales, service, R&D, operations, and digital solutions. A successful GPM is a quick learner, a strong analytical thinker, is customer focused, strategic, results oriented, has strong organizational agility, and leads by influence to identify and implement growth initiatives. Experience in water treatment is preferable, but not mandatory.

If you believe in creating something extraordinary, you’ll fit right in at Hach. You’ll find we’re always looking to improve. You’ll notice we believe that we can be better tomorrow than we are today. Some call it dedication, others call it drive, we call it passion. Hach is here to ensure water quality for people around the world. Want to join us in this mission? We are ready for your best. DIVE IN. HAVE IMPACT.
