Water Sales Specialist

Pall are looking for talented sales proffesionals with a Customer-Centric Focus, able to see things through the customer’s view point and deliver upon their needs with the drive to exceed expectations. You will be able to you use you ability to think creatively and your flair for problem solving to delighting our clients.
You would be joining our growing team as a Water Sales Specialist to drive sales of Pall Point of Use and Prefiltration filters through development of KOL’s, winning tender specifications, and creating a deeper understand of the problems associated with complex water systems. You would also be working with sales generalists to drive their POU sales.
Role and Duties:
- Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services.
- Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.
- Respond to routine and technical communications/enquiries from Customers and the Sales Force
- Participate in training Courses as directed
- Meet the departmental targets and objectives and actively participate in VDM.
- Coordinate order management through QlikView and SAP reporting tools
- Attend the Pall Northern Europe staff meetings and Sales meetings if needed
- Presenting to potential customers
Basic Qualifications/ Experience:
Degree (or similar) in Science, Technology or Engineering
Good spoken and written English and Spanish
5+ years’ experience of selling high technology products or services into the Water market
Proven sales track record in a similar field
Proven ability to develop new business and achieve superior performance
This would suit someone who thinks strategically, is action orientated and can build mutually beneficial relationships and strategies with customers
Knowledge of Hospital sector would be an advantage.
A working knowledge of water filtration, critical care, infection control or engineering is desirable.
