Water Resources Project Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Project Manager with broad experience in planning, design, and construction of municipal water supply, treatment and distribution systems in Massachusetts.
The Project Manager will be based out of our Quincy or Woburn, MA offices and should have experience working on multiple project assignments with diverse clients. Must be able to manage all project technical, budget, staff, and client aspects of assignments. Business development skills that encompass lead identification and pursuit, strategic planning, proposal development, presentation, and interviews are a must.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: B.S. or M.S. Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering with 7 or more years of experience
- Registrations: Registered Professional Engineer in Massachusetts and Connecticut preferred
- Technical Skills: AutoCAD, GIS, modeling experience
- Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients, staff, Subconsultants, and contractors through effective leadership. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Desire to manage and mentor junior staff preferred.
