Glanris seeks a focused, aggressive Sales Manager who can help us grow our market share and develop our customer base. Position Title Sales Manager About The Company Glanris manufactures a patented, sustainable, hybrid filtration media that can remove organic contaminants from the water like activated carbon does but can also remove metals like ion exchange resins do, but at a fraction of the price. Our filtration media is made from rice hulls.
We have patented a process to take the world’s largest agricultural waste product and convert it into a filtration media that can change the economics of producing clean water. Position Summary The Sales Manager reports directly to the Chief Revenue OfficeR and is responsible for managing Glanris’ potential prospects and customers. Duties include but are not limited to setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, hiring and training team members, hiring and training independent reps, developing sales channels and distribution agreements, and developing processes that drive sales.
Minimum Requirements The ideal applicant will have 5+ years of sales experience in selling water treatment technologies, and a good familiarization with manufacturing processes.
Understanding of water purification technologies including RO, UF, Precipitation, Softening, Ion-Exchange, Electro-Deionization, Media Filtration, Ozonation, Centrifugation, Micro-Filtration.
A BS degree in Life Science or Engineering discipline. Equivalent industry experience is also considered. Benefits & Wages Glanris offers group health insurance to full time workers.
