Lack's  and Iowa's 1999 DNR director Paul Johnson's published work to protect our US Tap Water.  Adam's work while he was an Op Supervisor for POET a large Ethanol Corp contributed to his development of the "RUSLE3" equations, that were finally installed under President Obama's Administration.  Adam's RUSLE3 equations effects of contributing to limiting the Point Source contamination of increasing levels of AG Nitrites (Anhydrous Ammonia, atrazine, acetochlor, dicamba, glyphosate from Roundup, and other AG herbicides/pesticides) was cut short in February of 2017, when producers in Trump's Administration's first Act's in office were to Redact access to the EPA and NRCS huge data bases of data utilized by Adam's "Revised Universal Soil Loss Equations, Version 3".  RUSLE3 was used to educate and train farmers on farming and conservation practices to avoid the AG Nitrite contamination of US Source Waters.  Four years later, we cannot safely filter/treat our source waters for drinking water with the rising levels of decontaminants like trihalomethanes, Cyanotoxins, Inorganic Arsenic nitrite herbicide/pesticide levels.  Go to www.IowaColdCases.org  look at the Iowa highway patrolman's pictures taken before Adam M. Lack's lynching.  Adam was lynched in Mitchell County IA on 7/13/2008.  We need the strict enforcement of the Clean Water and Clean Air Act's Anti-Degradation Laws in the USA and not allow the Degradation of our Natural Resources by the richest Conglomerates.  Veronica Lack, Adam's Mom, one small female farmer, who filed the conservation compliance Discrimination suit 08 1022 against the USDA-NRCS in 2/2007 with Adam's help, is still waiting for the full remediation of that charge.
